I agree that discipleship and accountability partners are needed for every individual, from lay up to the leaders. Jesus called us to make disciples in our going, and I believe every area of one's walk with our Lord should be addressed when we enter or engage in the discipleship process. As you know, just to listen to a sermon does not fulfill the discipleship process Blessings!
